Interview with fashion blogger Katie Sands, AKA HONESTLY KATE

Having a fashion blogger as one of your best friends definitely has its benefits! When I have no idea what to wear or desperately need a new outfit, she is my absolute go-to. Katie is the most genuine, stylish, adorable girl around and has an enthusiasm for life that is inspiring. She does it all- she is not only a fashion influencer, but also an actress and amazing dancer (I take Amanda Kloots, The Dance, with her and she dominates!)

So how does Katie stay healthy to always look and feel her best for regular photo shoots, appearances, and performances? Find out below and be sure to follow @honestykate for style inspiration and check out her blog!

What does being healthy mean to you? Feeling like the best version of myself. When I eat right I feel like I can conquer the world!

You feel your best after… Dancing or a blow out!

Favorite workout right now? The Dance by Amanda Kloots!

What is your go-to breakfast? Snack? Green Valley Lactose Free Yogurt with granola, almond butter, and blueberries... yummy

If you were going to cook one thing to impress a new hot boyfriend, what would it be? Oh, I make a mean pesto sauce!

What is always in your bag? Mini Aquaphore, a million business cards, Mentos, tele-ties, and also a peanut butter cup!

Best advice anyone ever gave you? If you want it, ask!

What food would you never touch? I don't really like chicken... ahhh everyone always makes fun of me for this, but I had one bad experience and that was that.

Favorite workout song right now? I workout to Broadway musicals!

Favorite restaurant in NYC? Mezzaluna, Sushi Seki, JG Melon... sorry I have to have all three!!!

What is your perfect day? First I would wake up with blueberry pancakes, and an iced chai.

Then I would head over to Soul cycle with Tomas (I will only go to his classes) or Dance with Amanda Kloots!

After I shower and Beachwave my hair I would shoot some exciting content for my blog with my favorite @MSNPhotography!

Maybe meet my mom and grandma for lunch at ABCV.

I'm always down for a midday matinee of Dear Evan Hansen (if you haven't seen it yet....RUN!!)

After the show we would head to the Baccarat Hotel for afternoon tea (I've only done this once, and it was AMAZING!)

Then get dressed up for a fun Mexican dinner with all my friends!

After we were filled with margaritas we would dance the night away to a live band!
