Molly's Best Holiday Gift Guide

As the holidays approach I wanted to give my list of favorite products, services, or experiences that I think would make the perfect gift for moms, daughters, sisters or girlfriends (or men in your life who love these things as well!). I’m staying in my lane here and suggesting items in the wellness, beauty, cooking and foodie sphere. Let me know what you think and happy holidays!

Ideas for your Hostess with the Mostest

1.     A gift set from Farm Candy with sea salts, tea, and chocolate. These make such a pretty gift and I cook with their salts all the time!

2.     Athena Calderone’s Cook Beautiful cookbook along with a pretty wooden serving board

3.     For a cheese lover- a slate cheeseboard with chalk to write the different types of cheese along with a bottle of wine and even a few types of cheese from Murray’s!

4.     A gorgeous olive oil trio from Il Buco Vita

5.     I’ve had my eye on this pig shaped casserole dish for awhile. It makes the perfect gift because it’s something you don’t necessary get for yourself but that everyone would LOVE to have, even it they don't use it, it will make them smile to look at

6.     I have a set of these love letter napkins and I absolutely love them. They are such a good conversation starter at a dinner party and make a great center piece of a plate.

7.     For someone that loves to bake,  I love these cake stands from Mosser glass. They come in such great colors. Make sure to get the accompanying glass dome to keep those baked goods fresh!

8.     Your hostess will love a flower arranging class to take her hosting game to the next level. My favorite flower shop, Adore Floral just started offering classes.

Ideas for the Wellness Warrior or Beauty Maven

 1.     An at home massage, private yoga or pilates with Namaste New York. An at home massage is my all time favorite gift (hint hint ;) ) For those outside of NY, Soothe or Zeel offer at home massages as an alternative.

2.     A gift card for Glamsquad. I’m usually not about gift cards but this is one that almost everyone will actually use

3.     1 month membership to Glosslab. Let your loved one treat herself to a mani/peni whenever they need during the month.

4.     A cooking class at Haven’s Kitchen. They offer great classes in an intimate setting. This is a great thing to do together or gift for a couple.

5.     If you want to really splurge on a special someone, go for a spa day or weekend getaway at Shou Sugi Ban house for total relaxation and luxury

6.     A cashmere set from Naked Cashmere. I truly live in my set and want more colors. Anyone who loves a good cozy “Netflix and chill” night will love this.

7. True friends don’t let friends have dry skin. Prevent that dry winter skin with my favorite botanical serum from Vintner’s Daughter. They will thank you. And so will their skin. Pair it with a jade roller or a few under eye patches if you want to add to the gift.

Of course, the best gift of all is giving to a loved one’s charity of choice. I love the app In Lieu. They make it easy to donate to any charity in honor of a loved one with a thoughtful note. There is no more thoughtful, impactful, sustainable gift than giving back :)
